About Balance Therapies

My studies began at The Melbourne College of Natural Medicine in 2000 where I studied Remedial massage, this included; Myofacial release, Trigger point therapy and Deep tissue massage, Sports therapy as well as Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I have also studied Traditional cupping techniques and the Bowen Technique.

I have had the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience, having worked at clinics, sporting facilities and day spas. Providing services for The Melbourne Natural Health Care Centre (Boronia), Creating Health (Armadale), Casey Aquatic and Recreation Centre (Narre Warren) and The Villa Toscana Day Spa (Mt Dandenong). I continue to offer treatments from the clinic in Armadale and provide mobile massage and day spa treatments throughout the Dandenong Ranges.

BalanceTherapies evolved in 2001, while living in the Dandenong Ranges. ‘I realised the need for a mobile massage service due to my own dislike for having to drive home after unwinding and relaxing with a fabulous massage. I felt going outside in the cold and having to drive home almost undid the wonderful treatment I had just received. Offering mobile massage and day spa treatments enables our clients to get the most out of their treatment. The service is available to your home, office, conference centre, and accommodation throughout the Dandenong Ranges.

With a wonderful team of qualified therapists we offer single, couples and group bookings, at your location or ours.
